Creating 88,100 jobs from December 2009 until March of 2013, Michigan took top honors as the state with the most new jobs.

Creating 88,100 jobs from December 2009 until March of 2013, Michigan took top honors as the state with the most new jobs.  In fact the state was way ahead of Texas, who ranked second with 57,500, according to a new survey sponsored by the National Association of Manufacturers and CNBC.
