Pinchuk, a keynote speaker at the 2014 IW Best Plants Conference, fired up attendees with his speech about reinvigorating the industry and making manufacturing once again part of the American dream.

Pinchuk was one of five top executives headlining the annual conference, which was held in May at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, Wisc.
