Avery Dennison Assists RFID Students

Joining with OTA Training, a vendor-neutral RFID industry educator, Avery Dennison RFID will sponsor RFID training scholarships. Students receiving the $500 scholarship will be trained at Avery Dennison's Atlanta Technical Center.

"IT professionals, warehouse managers and others within consumer packaged goods manufacturers are in the 'hot seat' -- expected to quickly master RFID and get results, usually in addition to their other duties. Our partnership with OTA is a testament to the end-user community that we are here to help." George Reynolds, vice president sales and marketing, Avery Dennison RFID.

Students will receive hands-on training in the simulated "real-world" environment using OTA's unique E3 Learning System.
