In addition to DiscoverIt -- its analytical and predictive intelligence suite -- the division offers DiscoverIt for CRM and DiscoverIt for Web Mining. These are self-contained analytical applications for CRM, enabling companies to figure out what customers want and predict what they will do. The Miami-based Enabling Technologies Division provides its technologies to strategic partners to be embedded into third-party applications; it also works with partners to build custom end-to-end solutions.
