Enterprise software solutions provider Infor Global Solutions says it has strengthened its discrete manufacturing portfolio with the acquisition of Lilly Software Associates, a Hampton, N.H.-based provider of enterprise and supply-chain solutions. Lilly Software will join Infor's discrete manufacturing group and continue to operate from its existing location. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Both Lilly Software and Atlanta-based Infor Global Solutions are privately held companies. Infor says it will continue to serve the customers of Lilly Software, which provides vertical market solutions for discrete manufacturers. Infor Chairman and CEO Jim Schaper says the acquisition broadens its vertical market focus in the aerospace, defense and electronics industries.
