The solution uses a Private Internet Communication Channel and a push-pull technology to create stronger customer relationships. The company touts the technology as an affordable alternative to business travel, video conferencing and e-mail. Indeed, businesses can electronically publish, update and measure the results of its communications all from a personal computer. The company also guarantees 100% delivery of all messages, even when users change e-mail addresses or Internet providers.
