ByJohn S. McClenahen Launched this week on the New York Stock Exchange with the ticker symbol "BE," KPMG Consulting Inc. is now BearingPoint Inc. "As BearingPoint, we will continue providing business integration services that propel our clients to reach their business goals," asserts Rand Blazer, the company's chairman and CEO. "We do what BearingPoint literally means: setting direction to achieve end results." The name change has already happened for the former KPMG Consulting parent company; its international subsidiaries will be adopting the new name in "a matter of weeks," the firm says.
