The American Productivity & Quality Center will hold its annual conference on Aug. 23-27 at the San Francisco Marriott Hotel. Education and training sessions will include: Process Mapping; Establishing Performance Measures; Best Practices in Brand Building, Communication, and Management; Transfer of Knowledge & Best Practices; Applying Benchmarking Skills in Your Organization; and In the Know: A Knowledge Management Overview. Workshops will focus on Strategic Planning in the New Millennium, Innovations in Quality, and Using the Internet for Benchmarking Research. The first of four keynote presentations will be presented by Don Schultz, president, Agora Inc. His topic: "Can't We Go Back to the 20th Century?"
