In just two years the company intranet has become the preferred choice for delivering human-resource related services to employees. A survey by Watson Wyatt Worldwide found that 79% of companies use an intranet for HR services compared with 50% just two years ago. And even though the use of interactive voice response systems by employers has declined from 71% to 46% in the last two years, those with such systems reported that it produced the highest level of user satisfaction, 86%. The satisfaction level of those who use the intranet for HR services was 80%.
