Vantage 5.2 is designed for core business needs of make-to-order and mixed-mode manufacturers, with fully integrated relationship management applications. The CRM module includes:

• Web-enabled access, letting customers check open orders, shipments and payments virtually 24/7.
• Sales/marketing/customer-support automation specifically for custom manufacturers

The SRM module enables:
