Recognizing that, the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) will host "The Services Picture: Bringing the Spend into Focus," a two-day conference slated for Dec. 4-5, 2003, in Scottsdale, Ariz. The event is directed toward both manufacturers and nonmanufacturers. This fourth annual presentation will discuss the challenges of purchasing services, from low-cost, routine buys to high-dollar expenses like consulting services, the conference agenda notes. The program includes six general sessions, four concurrent sessions, a roundtable discussion and networking opportunities. Attendees can earn 9.5 continuing education hours.
