ByJohn S. McClenahen In the wake of China's accession to the World Trade Organization, U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald L. Evans will lead a trade mission to the People's Republic of China April 21-25. Participants in the business development mission are expected to include executives from U.S. information technology, telecommunications, energy and environmental technology, medical products, and construction equipment and services companies.
