ByJohn S. McClenahen Many CEOs may be doing great jobs, but that's not why most corporate employees stick around. A great CEO keeps only 8% in their current jobs, according to an online poll conducted last month by Clark Consulting, Barrington, Ill. At the other end of the scale, 30% cited a challenging and creative work environment and another 22% said professional growth opportunities keep them where they are. Some 15% are staying for the money. And 21% said they're staying around because of a lack of job possibilities elsewhere.
