USF Logistics Announces Returns Product

USF Logistics Services Inc. has introduced its USF Net returns management analytical reports products, a Web-based reporting and analysis package. Prior to now, returns management reports -- which offer customers information on products processed, vendor debits and store credits -- have been available in paper form and in static form via USF Net. "This is the next logical step in continuing the innovations to our material handling and data management service," explains Denis Reilly, executive vice president of USF Logistics. USF Net returns management analytical reports offer three service levels of on-line reporting, depending upon the level of detail required. While the "Reports" product allows customers to view their existing returns management reports online, the "My Analysis" level features a dynamic query function that lets users select specific data elements for analysis of trends and history.
