Eric Navales is a managing director and partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Industrials practice, focused on industrial equipment, products, energy and environment. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience working on a wide variety of projects including growth strategy, market forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, Industrial IoT, digital and ecommerce strategy.
Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2005, Eric served as a nuclear engineering officer in the U.S. Navy for eight years. He earned his Master of Business Administration, with honors, from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
