Plex Systems Reports a Year of Operating at 100% Uptime

Plex Systems Inc., an Auburn Hills, Mich.-based provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) ERP software for manufacturers, recently reported more than a year of no unscheduled downtime for users of Plex Online.

"We are proud of the reliability and strength of Plex Online," Plex Systems President and CEO Mark Symonds said. "Our user community requires uninterrupted access to its mission-critical applications in order to function as efficiently as possible. We have designed our systems to exceed the industry average, far exceeding our on-premises ERP competitors. Unplanned downtime is simply not acceptable to the enterprise."

Plex Online, which is designed to connect and manage the total manufacturing process using a Web browser, features more than 350 integrated modules, according to the company.
