Excellence in Action plant tours, Spring 2011

Held in different locations throughout the U.S., Excellence in Action events include plant tours of facilities with proven track records of operational excellence, such as Boeing.  They give attendees an opportunity to discuss the continuous improvement initiatives that they are witnessing in action.
