What does an ERP system actually taste like? Do different systems have different tastes? Do some leave you feeling, well, bloated while others leave you feeling refreshed and satisfied? And what the heck are we talking about? You can't taste test software programs like you can a beer, can you?

Well, maybe, maybe not. If you want to see this somewhat dubious premise played for laughs, check out this clever example of viral marketing. I should point out that it's produced by RedPrairie, a vendor of the so-called "best-of-breed" variety. IndustryWeek neither endorses nor supports the sales pitch behind this video, but we will go on record as saying, "This is pretty funny stuff."
