Summary

AI and machine learning play a critical role in unlocking the full potential of manufacturing operations. By combining vast datasets with sophisticated algorithms, manufacturers can gain unprecedented insights into their processes, identify inefficiencies, predict future outcomes and ultimately, prescribe solutions. In addition, these technologies also help close growing workforce skill gaps by embedding expert-level decision support directly into frontline workflows.

While AI and machine learning will propel smart factories to the next level, they will require advanced connectivity that is only possible through a 5G network. By providing high-speed, low latency communication and enhanced security, private 5G networks create an ideal environment for data collection, processing and analysis.

In this panel discussion, experts from Wipro, IFM, Dassault Systèmes, Litmus, and Ericsson will share real-world applications of AI and machine learning in manufacturing including process optimization, quality assurance, predictive maintenance, and worker augmentation. They’ll also discuss how private 5G cellular networks play an essential role in the success of these initiatives.

  • Discover how private 5G empowers manufacturers to implement and scale intelligent AI systems.
  • Learn how private 5G networks excel at overcoming the challenges associated with data collection and transfer in manufacturing environments.
  • Learn how players across the manufacturing ecosystem are cooperating to implement key 5G-enhanced AI and machine learning use cases.
