Summary

For many mid-sized manufacturers, disconnected ERP, production, and quality systems create data silos that delay corrective actions and that can elevate the risk of scrap and other non-conformance events. This quality gap then leads to costly customer complaints which could have been avoided.

Join us for this 45-minute webinar, where Geoff Foster, CEO and Founder of Core Technology, will share his success story on how he overcame these challenges and elevated his operations with ERP and real-time MES quality management. His story reflects common challenges faced by mid-sized manufacturers (especially injection molders, blow molders, and extrusion operations in the automotive industry), including labor constraints, compliance requirements, manual data collection, and delayed quality reporting.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • Why disconnected ERP, production, and quality systems create quality and traceability risks
  • How real-time MES data improves quality control and process visibility
  • How an integrated ERP/MES platform can reduce scrap, improve first-pass yield, accelerate root-cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • How one automotive plastics supplier achieved enterprise-level quality management without enterprise-level complexity
