These high-achieving manufacturing plants also recognize that tomorrow is an opportunity to perform even better.

IndustryWeek believes that amazing work is occurring within manufacturing facilities across North America every day.

And by "amazing work," IndustryWeek means manufacturing plants populated with strong leaders and engaged workforces collaborating to deliver quality products to meet their customers' needs and expectations.

"Amazing work" means manufacturing plants populated by teams that achieve excellence daily but who know that the next day is an opportunity to perform even better.

"Amazing work" means manufacturing plants that embrace their customers and suppliers as partners, deploy appropriate technologies, make safety a priority, and focus on continuous improvement.
