Overview

In this session, you will learn how to lead employees through sustainable financial change while fostering a culture of quality.

Though they often have the best intentions, there are often gaps between what executive leadership says and does. As a result, employees get mixed messages about the importance of quality in their corporate culture.

You will learn to recognize the various factors that contribute to an organization’s culture, determine when and how to deploy breakthrough or transformational change initiatives, and how to proactively manage the organizational culture going forward.

Continuing education credits

Each registration entitles you to receive continuing education credits through our partnership with the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET).  During the training session, you'll receive instructions on how to claim your credits. This four-part webinar is equivalent to 0.3 CEUs. (One CEU is equal to ten hours of training.)

IACET continuing education credits are accepted by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and hundreds of other organizations and companies.

 

Juran Certification

To become a Juran Certified Performance Excellence Master, participants must:

  1. Complete all four webinars in this series
  2. Read accompanying webinar material (Juran's Quality Essentials for Leaders)
  3. Complete end of session quizzes with a score of 70% or above (1 quiz per webinar)
  4. Submit a two page deployment plan for your organization

Technical details

This training session, presented in partnership with IndustryWeek, will be conducted using a slides-and-audio format. You will also have the ability to ask the instructor questions, and you can participate in polls the instructor pushes to the audience during the session.

After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with details for joining the training course, as well as your unique password. On the day of the training, use the instructions in this email to log in.

A few days after the live training session is over, you'll receive an email informing you that the on-demand version is available.
