The conference, to be held at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel, Atlanta, will offer participants a look at how diversity efforts impact the work environment and provide usable solutions for the construction of a more diversified organization. Topics range from "Attaining Diversity Above the Glass Ceiling" to "Managing a Multi-Generation Team." The three-day program will offer lectures on diversity from the point of view of some of today's most influential speakers. Included in the curriculum: Maya Angelou, author; Roosevelt Thomas, president, The American Institute for Managing Diversity; and Mark Williams, CEO and president, The Diversity Channel, a multimedia company.
