System administrators can visually track employee Internet usage in real time with On Guard Internet Manager from On Technology Corp. The system captures all network traffic to a relational database, providing real-time views as well as detailed graphs and reports of Internet usage. The Real-Time Monitor feature allows administrators to create a suspect dictionary of key words such as "xxx," "sports," or "bet," that automatically alerts the administrator and identifies the user if a URL address containing one of the words is accessed.
