Leadership Program Features Bennis, Bossidy, Hamel

The Global Institute For Leadership Development will hold its Emerging Leader Program in San Diego at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina on Nov. 14-19. The program is for emerging leaders who want to build their leadership capabilities, as well as for seasoned leaders who want to reassess and regenerate their leadership practices. The seven-part program will focus on assessment feedback and customization, perspectives on leadership, competency development, knowledge acquisition, skill development workshops, learning teams, and networking. Featured speakers will include: Warren Bennis, author of On Becoming a Leader; Larry Bossidy, chairman and CEO of AlliedSignal Inc.; Bob Galvin, chairman of the executive committee, Motorola Inc.; Gary Hamel, author of Competing for the Future; and Charles Handy, author of The Hungry Spirit.
