ERP Software Solution Seeks Small To Medium Manufacturers

The company that produces the new solution, Salt Lake City-based visualSAMM, says that it can be implemented in as little as two weeks and purchased for under $1,000 per user. VisualSAMM can manage all plant operations from order to shipment, the company says, including implementing just-in-time manufacturing, tracking sales orders and scheduling deliveries. "Our objective for visualSAMM was to create a product powerful enough too run the shop floor, but not so challenging to implement and use that manufacturers would be fearful of time-consuming integrations and expanding costs," says Reed Pew, president and CEO of visualSAMM. VisualSAMM is a systems-aided manufacturing management company founded in 2002.
