ByDoug Bartholomew Plenty of manufacturers would love to be able to track and analyze customer ordering history, monitor the most frequently ordered replacement parts, and pinpoint the processes that yield the most profits. Click Commerce Inc. promises to be able to do all that and more with its enhanced analytics and visualization system, ClickPerformance, due to be released in late June. ClickPerformance aggregates detailed information from key business processes, such as channel partner activities, product interest trends, and e-marketplace effectiveness. The data is presented in three-dimensional interactive displays. "ClickPerformance gathers untapped business information, offering our clients increased visibility into their channel activities and enabling them to allocate valuable resources more effectively," says Michael W. Ferro Jr., founder and CEO of the Chicago-based software firm. Click Commerce develops software for channel management enabling companies to collaborate with their trading partners via the Internet.
