After a disabled worker applies for or receives Social Security disability benefits, can he or she still sue their employer for discrimination? The issue will soon be decided by the country's highest court. The U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month decided to hear arguments this term in a case involving a Texas woman who, on several occasions, asked her employer, Policy Management Systems Corp. in Dallas, to accommodate her disability following a stroke that caused her difficulties in performing her job.
