Aerospace Manufacturing Company Opens New Plant in Florida

AveoEngineering, which manufactures aviation LED lighting, will hire 300 employees.

AveoEngineersing, a manufacture of high-technology electronics solutions and LED lighting products for the aviation, marine, vehicle, mining, industrial and obstruction warning/safety markets announced yesterday that it will open a plant in Flagler County, Florida. 

The company will invest $7.5 million to construct a 50,000 sq. ft. building and 6,000 sq. ft. hangar.

Over the course of three years the company will hire 300 employees.  

The company is associated with aircraft manufacturers, including Silkorsky, Gulfstream, General Atomics, Hughes MD Helicopters, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. 

“We’ve been working closely with Flagler County and have conducted our workforce analysis over the past few months,” said Aveo President Christian Nielsen. “We’ve learned that the region provides an amazing pool of talent from which to draw,” Aveo President Christian Nielsen said

The company has facilities in  the U.S., Czech Republic, Slovakia, United Kingdom, India and Malaysia.
