Mark Graban

Mark Graban is a management consultant, coach and author who builds upon a deep education in engineering and management with practical experience working with executives and frontline employees in multiple industries. A faculty member of the Lean Enterprise Institute, Mark has learned, practiced and taught lean management, continuous improvement, statistical methods and people-centered leadership approaches. He is the author of several books on lean, including "The Mistakes That Make Us," and is senior advisor to the software company KaiNexus.
