Are you a self-motivated, bottom line-focused team player with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment due to your strong work ethic?

Or, are you seen by potential future employers, headhunters and recruiters as someone who's wasting their time by making them wade through meaningless resume fluffery?

My suggestion? Take a look at this link and take a look at your resume and make sure they don't overlap.

Alternately, make sure you can defend each one of these phrases with concrete examples of success delivered.
