Inspiration for creative ways to think about manufacturing workforce issues can come from unexpected places: from, for example, people who aren’t likely to appear on every consultant’s list of Today's Top HR Gurus. And while we haven’t been able to dig up a suitable quote from that eminent word-mangler Yogi Berra (but give us time; Berra must have said something that would fit here), we did find a good one from his boss, who sure seemed to know a thing or two about how to mold a bunch of prideful superstars into a selfless, potent unit.
