Summary

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a long history of transforming manufacturing operations, providing value, and reducing costs through automation, enhanced quality control, and predictive maintenance.

Today, the use of AI continues to evolve … and now, Generative AI is yet again transforming operations for manufacturing. As generative AI technology's capabilities evolve, more use cases and applications in smart manufacturing operations are appearing. With its ability to learn from data, adapt to dynamic conditions, and generate solutions, generative AI is proving to be a transformative force in the manufacturing sector.

In this webinar, hear six compelling use cases where generative AI is making a significant impact in augmenting frontline workers and transforming operations. You’ll see first-hand how generative AI assistants are being used to:

  • Instantly close skills and experience gaps with personalized support for frontline workers
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting support
  • Gain insights into Leader Standard Work
  • Convert tribal knowledge into digital corporate assets
  • Forecast potential operational issues
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

These use cases collectively improve manufacturing operations and make generative AI assistants suitable for frontline workers by providing them with the necessary tools, support, and capabilities to perform their roles more effectively and efficiently. Together, GenAI Assistants and smart, connected worker technologies can identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes by analyzing data generated by frontline workforces, helping manufacturers streamline workflows and resource allocation.
