Alexandre Leclerc is CEO & co-founder of Poka, a connected worker application built to empower frontline factory workers with the knowledge and tools they need to contribute to manufacturing excellence. Alex is also a 5th-generation member of a food manufacturing family. It was during his time and director of continuous improvement for the United States Division of Leclerc Foods that Alex came up with the idea of Poka as a solution to firsthand challenges he was facing related to knowledge-sharing and communications. He oversees the business operations of Poka and guides product strategy.
