Alenka Triplat is a procurement specialist and core member of the Operations practice at Boston Consulting Group. She focuses on large-scale transformations and category management, specifically direct material, supplier relationship management, and product cost improvements across the entire product life cycle.
Alenka works with international clients in high tech and discrete &process manufacturing. She is the co-author of books and publications and has spoken at conferences on procurement and operations topics. She has lived and worked in Austria, the US, and Asia (Shanghai and Taipei) and has since settled back in Vienna.
Prior to joining BCG, Alenka spent 15 year at A.T . Kearney.
