Scott Leon is executive director of engineering at KMC Systems Inc. in Merrimack, New Hampshire. He directs all engineering activities for KMC’s team of mechanical, electrical, systems and software engineers. He ensures that the engineering team meets or exceeds customers’ expectations by adhering to all product requirements, such as performance testing, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency and quality assurance.
