Hosted by they Council for Urban Economic Development, the "Economic Development Legislative Summit" will be held in Washington, D.C., Feb. 13-15. Issues to be presented include: brownfields, empowerment zones and enterprise communities, new markets programs, and how to increase small-business participation.
