EEOC Eases Online Access To Investigation Information
Compiled ByJill Jusko Saying it wanted to enhance customer service by making key information "readily available," the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has created a Web page it says will help businesses better understand and comply with EEOC investigations. The new Web page is accessible at
http://www.eeoc.gov/qs-employees.html. It breaks down EEOC information into various sections, defined by the following questions:
- What is the EEOC?
- What happens when a charge is filed against me?
- How does a charge get resolved?
- How else can the EEOC assist me?
