Supply Chain Intelligence -- part of the BusinessObjects Analytics suite -- helps companies access, integrate, analyze and share supply-chain information from source to destination. Previously released modules provide "source" and "deliver" capabilities. Available by late July, the new modules are:
  • BusinessObjects Plan Analytics -- balances planned supply with demand. Monitors costs across supply chain, checks asset utilization, analyzes inventory levels.
  • BusinessObjects Make Analytics -- analyzes manufacturing process for efficiency, revealing where unplanned downtime, quality or scheduling issues could be hurting throughput and costs.
  • BusinessObjects Return Analytics -- monitors to minimize return supply chain. Analysis of return reasons and value, disposal choices and costs, and performance over time.
