You can now use the Internet to obtain competitive salary information. Exec-U-Net, a Norwalk, Conn.-based job, career, and networking organization has put its Career & Salary Watch data on the Internet with free access. The service provides information, updated every two weeks, that matches "salary data to job requirement," by job function, says Exec-U-Net executive director David Opton. "Knowing your value eliminates the need to guess what you might be worth when you are negotiating for a raise or salary in your new job." Exec-U-Net also has 14,000 job openings available to members only.
