Caterpillar Renews Relationship with Provider of Survey Software

For the sixth year, Caterpillar has renewed its relationship with Vovici, a Dulles, Va.-based provider of survey software and enterprise feedback management products.

Since 2003, Caterpillar has used Vovici survey software technology to manage Six Sigma initiatives, according to Vovici.

Six Sigma teams at manufacturers worldwide use Vovici survey software to track and generate improvements in employee satisfaction and safety, product quality and product availability, according to the company.
