Compiled ByDave Schafer iXL, a consulting and services company, and Intel Solution Services joined resources to create a state-of-the-art facility offering engineering knowledge and equipment to test, develop, and deploy strategic e-business solutions built on Intel technology. The iXL and Intel Solution Center, located in iXL's Atlanta headquarters, features Intel Solution stacks and other equipment, enabling iXL and Intel to provide clients with migrations services, performance and scalability testing of software packages, solutions deployment, and demonstration and prototyping. "In today's business environment, it is critical that companies flawlessly execute both the launch and ongoing operation of e-business applications," says Sanjay Apte, global managing partner, iXL. "Companies today cannot afford to disrupt their business processes in order to test drive new applications or enhance existing e-business solutions." iXL says clients who utilize the center will work side-by-side with engineers to generate solutions that improve the performance and quality of their applications while expediting the time to market.
