Combining process industry functionality from SCT's iProcess.sct solution with IBM e-business solutions, the relationship would offer collaborative e-commerce and supply-chain capabilities to manufacturers and distributors. Targeted industries include food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology. Also, iProcess.sct is being combined with IBM Global Financing to provide qualified SCT clients access to IBM's financing options. iProcess.sct is a process industry-specific solution that provides supply-chain planning, e-commerce, relationship management, and supply-chain execution/ERP (enterprise resource planning) capabilities. The $436 million SCT is headquartered in Malvern, Pa.; $88.4 billion IBM in Armonk, N.Y.
