What will résumés of the future look like? If one company's new policy is any indication, they will be "e-résumés." Nortel Networks Corp., a Canadian manufacturer of communications equipment, has told this year's crop of college seniors that they need to submit their resumes online to be offered a job. Nortel, which hires about 1,000 college graduates each year, believes the online approach will help it quickly access the most interested candidates.
