Zollars to a growing list of executives seeing a definite pickup in their parts of the U.S. economy. For the first time in 18 months, there's a year-to-year increase in freight moving by truck, says Zollars, the chairman, president and CEO of Yellow Corp., Overland Park, Kan. Trucking traditionally is a leading economic indicator.
