The National Assn. Of Purchasing Management (NAPM), Tempe, Ariz., will host its Third Annual Economic Summit in New York on Dec. 12. The summit will include the live release of the Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Semiannual Economic Forecasts and four speakers. It will be held at the Marriott Marquis. Speakers are:
