Executives Safer In Russia

U.S. executives managing facilities in Russia might soon begin to feel a bit safer in a country thats had a "Wild West" feel for the past several years. Although as much as two-thirds of Russias economy is estimated to be directly or indirectly tied to organized crime, executives are becoming less likely to be the targets of attack, its claimed. Killings of executives are down 8.5% from 1997, says Yuri Skuratov, Russias Prosecutor General.
