To help companies understand employment law issues, the San Francisco-based law firm, Littler Mendelson, has created Winning Through Prevention: The Littler Employment Law Challenge interactive, instructional board game. The goal: become team leader by answering hard-edged questions in 15 different areas of employment law ranging from sexual harassment to employment discrimination and employee privacy.

The training edition of the game includes an electronic version of the 300 game questions and answers, 100 individual game boards and a facilitators guide that analyzes each question and its answers--giving detailed explanations of why the wrong answers are incorrect. The training edition of the game, priced at $799, includes a CD-ROM of the firms employment law resource manual. Single copies of the game only are available for $99.
