Israel Economy Nothing To Celebrate

Hopes of marking its 50th anniversary year with a booming economy will be unrealized for Israel. The Middle East country could post only 1.5% inflation-adjusted growth this year. Among the nation's economic woes: restrictive fiscal and money policies, low productivity, and high unemployment.
