A strategic partnership agreement with Triple Point Technology Inc., Westport, Conn. -- provider of enterprise-wide commodity trading software and services -- will give CheMatch's 800-plus exchange members the option of integrating Triple Point solutions into their enterprise risk management, measurement, and control processes. The two will comarket integrated solutions providing real-time global access to trading data, risk management tools, and direct business-to-business connection with trading partners. Also, CheMatch will integrate the services of SurePay, Melville, N.Y. -- a provider of end-to-end e-business payment solutions -- into its trading platform. Services will include registration, multiple secure payment processing options, settlement, and customizable reporting.
